Signed the last of the paper work with the Realtor today. Monday sign the papers with the mortgage company, and we close on the 1st of March!!! No road blocks left and at 5.8 interest ya cant beat it!!! ever feel like breaking in to a hymn? here is the one i break into all the time!!!

Yay! Didn't it feel like forever, signing all those papers? I was ready for them to ask us to sign in blood next! I'm sure it's exciting and scary all at the same time. Congratulations, though. So when's the party, March 2nd? Just kidding. :)
